So the winning formula....
1. Suggest a Business Issue
Prior to the meeting email us with any business issues that you would like to have discussed in the form of a question to the group. This can be specific to your business or more generic about the business environem
2. Vote for issue
At the meeting we will vote for which ones we would like to discuss if there is more than one then we will carry this over to the next workshop.
3. Ask direct questions
We will take in turn as individuals to ask the owner of the issue non critical, and non personal but direct questions about the issue itself - this will be facilitated to ensure everyone has a go.
4. If I was in your shoes...
We give our own opinions as to what things we would do if we face a similar issue again in a non personal way.
5. Owner reviews feedback
Feedback from owner of issue on the comments made and some commitment as to what they will do as a result of the session. The action subsequently taken will be reviewed at the following group session.
